1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding the Questions Bot Discord bot ("the Bot") to your server or by using any of its commands, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
The Bot provides Discord server management utilities including role assignment, statistics tracking, scheduling, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use the Bot. By using the Bot you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Bot to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam commands or attempt to overload the Bot
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features

5. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server administrators who add the Bot to their server are responsible for:
- Ensuring their members are informed that the Bot is present and may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Configuring the Bot appropriately for their community
- Complying with Discord's guidelines regarding bot usage
6. Intellectual Property
All code, content, and branding associated with the Bot and this website remain the property of Questions Bot. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questions Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Questions Bot and its contributors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Questions Bot operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
